Alisa Camplin is a Mental Wellbeing "THINK Well" Ambassador for the AIA Vitality Program. Together, they are trying to help Australia become one of the healthiest, happiest and most protected nations in the world.
Working with health and wellbeing practitioners, global experts and academics across the world, Alisa is showing all Australians that “thinking well” is a capability that can be learned.
She shares personal experiences and a multitude of tools and techniques that can help anyone take small, proactive steps towards improving and strengthening their mental wellbeing. Alisa turns evidence based theory into practical implementable steps, so everyone can work towards their best self and unlock their ultimate potential.
